Keychron J12 HE is a wireless 75% magnetic switch keyboard built for work and gaming. It supports 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth, and wired modes, with full key customization, adjustable actuation, and rapid trigger settings via Keychron Launcher. Powered by Keychron Ultra-Fast Lime Magnetic Switches, it delivers fast, precise control, plus instant switching between Default, Gaming, and Gamepad modes.
Switch Modes Instantly, Work Your Way
Move between Default, Gaming, and Gamepad modes instantly with the dedicated Profile Switch. Store different settings for different activities and switch between them without opening software, changing menus, or interrupting your workflow. The right setup is always one switch away.
Built for Mac, Windows, and Multi-Device Workflows
Made for users who switch between systems and screens throughout the day, the J12 HE supports both Mac and Windows and streamlines workflows across laptops, desktops, and tablets. With 2.4 GHz wireless at 1000 Hz polling rate, Bluetooth 5.2, and Type-C wired connectivity, it fits real-world work and multitasking setups with less friction.
Adjustable Actuation Point
Customize each key with precision, adjusting actuation points from 0.2 to 3.3 mm with 0.1 mm sensitivity. Set shallow keypresses for instant actions and deeper ones for deliberate engagement, minimizing accidental touches and giving you an edge in both gaming and typing.
Last Key Priority (LKP)
LKP allows seamless directional changes by prioritizing the last key pressed, ensuring smoother gameplay in titles like Valorant. This helps reduce the delay between key presses, giving a competitive edge by allowing for quicker changes in direction without waiting for previous keys to be fully released.
One Key. Multiple Commands
Thanks to Dynamic Keystrokes (DKS), you can now assign up to 4 distinct actions per key based on press depth. A light press moves your character, a deeper press makes them run, and releasing the key enables additional commands. This layered control lets you execute multiple moves with ease.
Dynamic Rapid Trigger
Activate or deactivate keys based on how far they travel, not predefined points. This means immediate key reactions—press to activate, release to reset—allowing for faster, more precise keystrokes. In rapid gameplay, this translates to executing complex actions in real-time without delay, giving you a serious advantage during fast-paced sequences.
Analog Mode
Experience the power of Analog Mode on your J12 HE, bringing game controller-like precision to your keyboard. This mode enables variable inputs instead of the usual on/off signals, letting you achieve more fluid and dynamic control. With each keypress, the J12 HE detects how far you press, translating it into different speeds and intensities. Enjoy nuanced control and heightened responsiveness in racing games, sports simulations, and more.
An Epic Core Inside
Engineered with a powerful chip (MCU) to provide more flexibility. The polling rate is 1000 Hz across both 2.4 GHz and wired modes. With 0.1 mm actuation precision, every keystroke is delivered with consistency and accuracy, giving you a real edge in competitive gaming.
Plug-and-Play Receiver
For a better 2.4 GHz wireless experience, the J12 HE comes with a Type-A receiver. Enjoy quick Plug-and-Play setup. Or, put it away in the keyboard storage slot in the top-right corner.
Hot-Swappable
Unlike mechanical switches that rely on physical contact, magnetic switches detect key presses through magnetic fields — making them smoother, more durable, and easy to swap out.
*The J12 HE keyboard only supports Keychron Ultra-Fast Lime Magnetic Switches.
Double-Shot MDA PBT Keycap
Double-shot PBT keycaps deliver a premium typing feel with a lasting surface. Oil- and wear-resistant construction maintains a clean matte finish through heavy daily use.
Advanced TMR Sensors
Equipped with cutting-edge Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology to detect precise distance and magnetic field variations through subtle resistance shifts. Every key features a dedicated TMR sensor for superior resolution, delivering pinpoint accuracy, ultra-low latency, and an unparalleled magnetic switch input experience.
Magnetic Field Sensitivity: up to 100 mV/V/Oe
Advanced Acoustic Foams
Elevate your typing with the J12 HE, featuring multi-layer acoustic foam for smoother keystrokes and a more refined sound. Designed for magnetic switches, the refined internal structure delivers smoother keystrokes, stable feedback, and precise responsiveness.
Keychron Ultra-Fast Lime Magnetic Switches
The Keychron J12 HE comes with pre-lubed Keychron Ultra-Fast Lime Magnetic Switches for an ultra-stable and ultra-responsive typing experience with an industry-leading, lightning-fast response time, and precise control over the way your keyboard feels and responds.
Made from POM material, they deliver an incredibly satisfying, soft, and thocky typing sound, enhancing every keystroke for a more enjoyable typing experience.
RGB Backlighting
Comes with more than 22 RGB backlight settings (as well as a static white backlight option). You can further fine-tune the RGB hue, saturation, brightness, and effect speed with ease.
Ergonomic Support
Three levels of adjustable typing angle (3.5/6.4/8.4 degrees) and profile keycaps work together to provide long-lasting ergonomic support for your wrist.
